Come for an
evening or stay for the entire event! There is plenty of
room for camping and the site is RV friendly. The observing / camping
fields are red light only at night.
Pre-registration is open NOW thru October 15, 2010! Pre-registrations received on or before October
15, 2011

on-site! Cards confirming pre-registration will be mailed immediately
after the shirt order is placed. Registration - each Adult (18 years & older)All attendees must register. There are free and paid parking areas.Children are admitted Free. Children 17 & under must be accompanied by a self-governing (responsible) adult to manage their childrens behavior. One adult must accompany each 2 children.
** There is lots of free parking for vehicles off the observing and camping field. This cost is for each vehicle and each trailer. *** RV spaces with dedicated utilities are available. All pre-registered RVs will be accomodated. More information in "RV Hookups" below. Examples: Two adults for one day (including overnight) is $30. Their transport may be parked along the road free. One person plus vehicle for three or more nights is $50 at the gate or $40 if pre-registered. Two adults pre-registering (60) with RV (70) three children (0) and one vehicle (10) is $140 MASP T-Shirts MASP T-Shirts are Charcoal Grey in color for 2011. This color
showsw the glow in the dark ink well.

You are encouraged to register early so your presence may be posted on this web site. Door prizes, though not required, would be greatly appreciated. An area for vendors is reserved among the trees South of the the conference building. Electricity Electricity is available on the field via gfci receptacles. It is to be shared by all. Priority should be given to active telescopes and accessories. The exception is RV hookups which pay extra for electricity and water hookup and are each provided dedicated electrical receptacle. Generators are prohibited. Car, truck, Van, RV, Trailer and other Conveyance Tagging Mirror hangers are to be used to identify which are registered. Each is expected to display a mirror tag. These hangers cost $10 each. Units without mirrors are expected display a mirror hanger tag in a visible manner. A telescope only area will be designated as a no parking, no camping zone. RV Hookups RV spaces with dedicated utilities are available: These RV sevices will be provided where shown on the site map below. Pre-register before Oct 15, 2011 to reserve an RV space. After Oct 15th remaining hookups will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. These spaces are limited, so reserve your space today! RVs without hookups are welcome to spaces around the edge of the field on a first come first serve basis. Generators are prohibited. Eliminating generator noise and exhaust is the primary reason hookups are made available. |
